WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If the status of your order is pending paid, that means we still have to process it. Once we’ve processed the order, we will dispatch within 2 business days, and send it to DPD (our delivery partner). Delivery can take 2 – 4 business days in Ireland. Collect Orders are delivered to our stores are within the same time frame. Please await email confirmation from your Click & Collet store that your order is ready to collect.

HOW DO I RETURN A PARCEL?
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact 
shoponline@rathnewpharmacy.ie Please allow 24hrs response time, then we will get your parcel collected and a new one resent, or alternatively we’ll refund the incorrect item received and arrange a pickup.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 working days for processing by your bank.
I CAN’T SEEM TO CONTACT DPD?

If you have any issues with DPD tracking or issues with your delivery, please contact us at shoponline@rathnewpharmacy.ie  and we can chase this up for you.

If you are waiting for your parcel for a long period of time and tracking shows delivered, please contact online team at shoponline@rathnewpharmacy.ie and we can follow up with DPD and arrange for the driver to contact you directly.
